Delivery Times
Klappt. wall desks
Every Klappt. is made by hand in our partner joinery in Germany, extensively tested and securely packaged for shipping. You can currently expect a delivery time of up to eight weeks after receipt of your order. If we are faster, we will inform you immediately.
As soon as production is complete, you will be informed by e-mail about the forthcoming shipment and you will also receive a tracking number from our logistics partner UPS or DHL (for accessories and wall shelves).
Accessories & Wall Shelves
current delivery time: up to eight weeks
For orders in connection with the Klappt., we will send all parts to you at the same time.
For orders regardless of the Klappt., we have a standard delivery time of 3-5 or 12-14 working days.
Switzerland & UK:
*Prices may vary depending on weight and size. We send our goods via DHL and are bound by the shipping costs of the service provider.
Returns
If the products are unused, you can cancel the order within 14 days of delivery. Write us an e-mail to hallo@klpt.de . We will issue you with a return label/return slip. For a safe return, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging. You bear the costs for the return.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

In addition to the above process, a product that has already been used is checked for defects through use by the buyer. If a loss in value is determined, the buyer will be informed of this and a corresponding loss in value will be offset against the repayment.
